"Muy muy mal servicio cuando ablas y pides ablar con lucrecia ella nunca está y las que contestan se hacen pasar por ella. Cuando yo hice mi contrato por 6 meses le llamé y le pregunté si era todo dos meses después me mandó un bill de mas de cien dólares cuando able para preguntar porque?segun ellos me dijeron que por qué había faltado un papel de firmar y eso no es justo por favor por favor, no agarren a esta señora porque no es leal y cuando pides ablar con ella nunca esta y las otras empleadas se hacen pasar por ella. Definitivamente no renovare con esta agencia. De echo voy ablar con la persona que me refirió para decirle lo que pasó y se vaya de aquí también 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 muy mala experiencia con esta persona y con esta agencia 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎"

"Customer service is important to me! I’ve been using “discount” insurance brokers for years, and it feels like you get the experience you pay for. Had some questions, and Lucrecia at State Farm answered the call and showed me what I had been missing. "I love this Agency!!! Lucrecia and her team are a pleasure to work with. Recently she helped me through a claim process and explained the benfits of the policy I had in place. She made sure I did not come out of pocket for an area I had coverage. She called to check on me throughout the claims process even though I had a claims manager. "Lucrecia is great, patient, kind, knowgageable. It is hard to understand some home insurance terms such as dwelling, structure, liability, medical payment, deductible... Lucrecia took her time to explain to me line by line. When I purchased my first life insurance from Lucrecia, I was very nervous, I didn't know what to expect, she didn't push or rush me, she sent more additional info and guide me to choose right coverage, she worked very hard and intelligent. She looks after her customers and she always has the best interest for her customers. I can not be more happier for her 5 star service!"

"Lucrecia is very rude, pushy, and she obviously wanted me to buy the most expensive home owners insurance. The house I bought is not worth that much, very little, old, etc., and the lowest price they could give me was $1,600. My parents have better houses and their policies are waaayyyyy more cheaper. I only came here for my policy because it’s the closest and I needed it fast. Rosalina is the nicest one, and she really explains everything thoroughly and she thinks about the needs of the customer. While she was attending me, Lucrecia barged in out of nowhere and interrupted everything she was doing, basically saying she didn’t know what she was doing. That might be the way Lucrecia is naturally, but that’s not the way an owner should treat their customers and employees. Because my husband and I are young, she kept implying that neither us or our realtor knew what we wanted to do or knew what we were supposed to do. She tried pressuring us into buying a more expensive policy because she knew we were first time buyers and assumed we didn’t know what we were doing. After picking the basic policy, she basically just walked away and made us feel like we got the wrong thing. My parents have been business owners for 20 years, and I’ve been taught throughout the years how a customers should be treated, and always having in mind their best interest and what is more convenient for them. Yes, sometimes it’s about money, but customers are going to go elsewhere with their money if they’re not being treated correctly. Overall, this place has really terrible customer service and the owner is money hungry and doesn’t care about her customers. If you’re going here, go to Rosalina."

"Years ago I did have insurance at this location. But about 1 year later I had some General questions. And then her true colors came out. Started being rude getting upset and just plain bad customer service. Moved to another location were all questions where answered and I was taken care of. Don’t let that fake smile and make up fool you."
